2. Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) exclusively govern the sales of educational booklets offered on the website en.oceancampus.eu. Only shipping costs are billed to the buyer.

3. Orders Orders are placed directly on the website en.oceancampus.eu. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

4. Prices and Payment Methods Only shipping costs are payable by the buyer. Payment of shipping costs is made exclusively by credit/debit card via a secure platform.

5. Delivery Booklets are shipped to mainland France only. Shipping takes place within a maximum of 5 business days after validation of the order. Ocean Campus declines all responsibility for any loss or delivery delay attributable to postal services.

6. Product Receipt In the event of receiving a damaged booklet, the buyer must contact Ocean Campus at hello@oceancampus.eu within 7 days of receiving the package. A new shipment will then be made at no additional cost to the buyer. No refund of shipping costs is provided.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or goods likely to deteriorate rapidly. However, Ocean Campus undertakes to send a replacement booklet free of charge in the event of proven damage.

8. Personal Data Ocean Campus collects and processes certain personal data in connection with orders. The data collected (last name, first name, postal address, email address) is strictly necessary for order processing and tracking. This data is kept for the period strictly necessary and is not transferred to third parties without the prior consent of the buyer. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the buyer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data by contacting: hello@oceancampus.eu.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the website (texts, images, booklets, etc.) remains the exclusive property of Surfrider Foundation Europe. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Applicable Law These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the district where Surfrider Foundation Europe’s headquarters are located.
